Nova Poshta responds by decentralizing its sorting network

Nova Poshta is restructuring its logistics architecture after attacks damaged major sorting hubs. Ukraine’s largest express-delivery company is moving toward a decentralized sorting model, deploying backup processing capacity, additional sorting centres and alternative routes. Parcels may now move through intermediate facilities that were not part of normal delivery routes. Nova Poshta operates more than 56,000 service points, so this is not a minor operational adjustment but a redesign of one of Ukraine’s most important logistics networks. The development illustrates how Ukrainian infrastructure is evolving under fire: redundancy and geographic dispersion are increasingly becoming more valuable than maximum efficiency through large centralized hubs.
